Whatever happened to great movie posters?

  1. First things first, that Basterds retro poster is awesome and if you have a link to a site where you can buy it let me know asap. Secondly I agree, that movie posters in recent years don't even compare to the posters of our parents and grandparent's days of movie going. I really enjoy the campy movie posters like, "Cheerleaders from Hell" and other grindhouse-esque titles. When I move to LA in a year after I graduate, I plan on loading my entire place with posters like the ones we've been talking about.

  2. Unfortunately that Basterds poster was only made for the Alamo Drafthouse, so I don't know if it's available to buy (they recently made a great poster for Robocop). The official Basterds posters are pretty mundane in comparison.
